Thirty plus years ago the Lord challenged me with this verse and continues to do so…there is nothing as precious as God’s Word…it heals, it convicts, it changes lives, it saves. Biography

Robyn Bloomquist was born and raised in a small town in North Dakota. While growing up she was introduced to the world of Music theatre and began performing, both singing and acting in a local summer theatre company. Drawn to the stage, she pursued a Performance Degree in Voice at North Dakota State University and soon found herself performing on a regular basis. During her senior year of college a dear friend shared with her the truth of God’s plan for the Salvation of her soul and on October 22, 1977 Robyn trusted Christ as her personal Savior and Lord. Following her undergraduate degree, she entered a Master’s Program in the area of Opera Theatre at Arizona State University. While in Arizona she became deeply involved in Grace Community Church in Tempe and began volunteering in their music department with singing, directing and acting in their season productions. Soon she found herself as an employee in their Women’s Ministry, developing a love and passion for women. It was at Grace Community Church that she met her beloved husband, Gary. They continued on staff at the church until the Lord led them to move to Texas for Gary to pursue further studies in Biblical Theology. As time passed, they were called to a church on the Central Coast in California and then back to Arizona in 1991. Gary and Robyn have been involved with the start up of 7 churches and are now serving with San Tan Bible Church, which meets in the Gilbert Christian School in Gilbert, Arizona.

Robyn is the Director of Women’s Ministry at San Tan Bible Church where she facilitates a weekly Bible study, monthly gatherings and special events for their church She continues to take opportunities to share her gifts in the area of Narration, Acting, Skit Writing and Guest Speaker for various programs and events. Her first recording “Psalms & Hymns…A Season of Reflection” was born out of a passion to have the timeless Word of God minister to people during various seasons in a person’s life, whether it is pain, joy, loss or fear. The Word of God is a healing balm and is beneficial for all “seasons” in our lives.

The Bloomquist’s have also been involved in the area of worship for over 30 years and Gary is the Director of a ministry called “Worship Leader’s Network”, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to train and teach churches in intentional Biblical praise and worship. Their ministry enables them to work with Worship Leaders and direct them in Biblical knowledge to better lead and shepherd their congregants. Robyn and Gary are the blessed parents of two adult children. They are true empty nesters: no dogs, no cats, and no kids…a season they cannot believe has arrived!
